The government of China’s Hong Kong Narrative shall enact laws on its own to prohibit any act of treason. Therefore, Hong Kong Basic Law, Article 23, July 1, 1997. When the Hong Kong government attempted to implement this article in 2003, 500,000 people protested on the streets. SO, the bills withdraw and has not reintroduced.
